Under the Reliability Guarantee program, ConferencePlus will provide a refund of the invoiced amount of your conference call if you are dissatisfied with the audio conference call. You must notify ConferencePlus within 24 hours of the completion of the call. The guarantee applies only to the audio portion of conference calls provided by ConferencePlus to customers who sign-up under the Reliability Guarantee program. |

Participants in the ConferencePlus Reliability Guarantee Program will automatically qualify for the introductory price offer of 3.9 ¢ per minute per domestic participant, for participants and hosts calling from the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, with ConferenceAnytime™ (reservationless) conferencing service from ConferencePlus. No other ConferencePlus services are included in this offer. The Preferred Customer price offer applies to both toll and toll-free access and is valid through March 31, 2008. After March 31, 2008 the price will be adjusted based on the customer’s usage volume, not to exceed 7.8¢ per minute per participant. Federal, state and local taxes may apply, based on conference call host location. |

In order to qualify for the Reliability Guarantee and Preferred Customer Price Offer, participants must sign up between September 13, 2007 and March 31, 2008. ConferencePlus reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time.

The Reliability Guarantee and Preferred Customer Price Offer is only available to new customers (customers with no ConferencePlus account activity in the past 12 months) who sign up under the ConferencePlus Reliability Guarantee and Preferred Pricing Program.

The Reliability Guarantee and Preferred Customer Price Offer only apply to customers located in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

The Reliability Guarantee program applies to the domestic portion of the call, network and bridging provided by ConferencePlus. The Reliability Guarantee program does not apply to circumstances outside of the control of ConferencePlus, including problems caused by cell phones, customer provided speakerphones, PBX networks, or local telephone carrier access lines or long distance carrier networks.

Customers who qualify for their money back under the terms of the Reliability Guarantee will receive a credit on their bill. The maximum credit will be 100% of the domestic portion of the call.

If ConferencePlus believes that any customer is not exercising this guarantee in good faith, ConferencePlus may cancel the guarantee upon written notice for future calls.
